  • Basic type consisting of one heat exchanger and one evaporator
  • The evaporated vapor is condensed in the vacuum condenser.
  • On evaporating 1 ton of wastewater, about 1.2 tons of steam is required.
  • If using waste heat, evaporative concentration is economical.
2EFFECT
  • 2 Two-stage composed of two heat exchangers and two evaporators.
  • The vapor evaporated in the second stage is used for concentration in the first stage.
  • Evaporation of 1 ton of waste water requires about 0.6 ton of steam.
  • It can be applied for concentration of medium and small wastewater.
